كل طلب من الزبون يتوقّف أولاً كـ«معلّق» — يراجعه النادل ويعدّله ويؤكّده قبل أن يصل إلى المطبخ.
بدّل الأصناف، عدّل الكميات، أضف الإضافات، أعد تسمية المقاعد أو أضف شخصاً — كل ذلك من محطة النادل، والمجاميع تتحدّث فوراً.
لكل موظّف رمز PIN ورابط شخصي — كل تأكيد وتعديل وإلغاء يُنسب إلى ذلك الشخص تحديداً في سجل التدقيق.
كل طلب على محطة النادل يعرض شارة لحظية: 🧾 في المطبخ · 🔥 قيد التحضير · 🔔 جاهز — دون الحاجة للمشي إلى نافذة التسليم.
لا يوجد رمز QR؟ لا مشكلة. يمكن للنادل إنشاء طلب طاولة كامل وإرساله مباشرة من المحطة — مع الأحجام والخيارات والملاحظات.
يرنّ تنبيه عند وصول طلب جديد للمراجعة، ومرة أخرى عندما يعلن المطبخ جهوزية الطلب — فيصل الخبر إلى النوادل فوراً في أنحاء الصالة.
رحلات أقل إلى المطبخ، تعديلات أقل يساء سماعها، وسجل يوضّح من فعل ماذا.

Some guests would rather order out loud than touch a phone — no problem. Build and submit a full table order directly from the station, with sizes, options and notes, exactly like a guest would.

Each staff member gets their own PIN and personal link — every confirm, edit and void is attributed to that exact person in the audit trail. Good for accountability, good for you when a dispute needs settling.
Swap items, adjust quantities, add modifiers, rename a seat or add a person to the table — all from the station, before you confirm. Totals update live.
Made a mistake, or a guest changed their mind? Void it — it's never just deleted, it's logged in the audit trail with who and when.
